My Coke Zero Fest, Here I Come!!!
For an out-and-out music fan and musician I have attended precious few live performances. Sadly. This is partly because the artists I love most seldom venture out here and secondly, life has generally gotten in the way when the best opportunities have presented themselves.
Not this year though! Having missed the last few My Coke Fests there was no way I was going to miss this year’s concert, and so I got in touch with the organisers to ask how I could be involved.
Coke have been kind enough to organise me a few tickets to the event which promises to be amazing – bands on the bill include Oasis, Snow Patrol, Panic! At The Disco (w00t!), Bullet For My Valentine, The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus and a host of top local acts including The Dirty Skirts, aKING, One Day Remains and Cassette… still my beating heart. I simply can’t wait.
There are also a number of competitions and promos fans can participate in to win some supremely cool prizes, as if attending wasn’t cool enough.
Watch my blog for announcements, I’ll also be tweeting and blogging from backstage at the event, plus hopefully capturing some cool videos with my little Flip camera thingy (cos it rocks too). Bring on the jealous comments…

Ach….thanks to a special, well connected friend I usually roll VIP style each year….alas this year I have a wedding and can’t go
Super disappointed as we look forward to it for ages as it’s usually our day for partying like schoolkids all day long…enjoy it!

have you got VIP? maybe u can help me.. someone gave me a card.. its a “zero zone access card” and at the back it says, your fast lane to the zero zone. have you got any idea what this is for, and is it for VIP? thanks.. and what does VIP include?
