Spectactularly Dodgy Internal Microsoft Sales Video – Is It Real?
Erik Hersman pointed me to this video via his Twitter feed – apparently it’s an internal Microsoft sales video that covers an old Springfield tune, obviously with new lyrics (if you can even call them that) to educate staff on the major features of the platform. If it’s a joke, whoever pulled it has a lot of time and energy on their hands. If it’s real, oi vei…
I’ve been singing Microsoft’s praises recently but maybe I was jumping the gun – if this is the best way they’ve come up with to inform their sales employees I’d be concerned! ROFL!!!
Update:
Ok it seems all hope is not lost – this video is indeed an internal MS video, but apparently distributed with the intention of poking fun at themselves. You make the call for yourself but I guess that sounds reasonable.

Seems to be none of the above but rather an innovative marketing message to the masses. 250 000 views in 6 days (no broadcast fees only production cost) – Not a bad e-marketing / advertising strategy!!!
