Cruel April Fool’s

While some people had great April Fool’s stories to tell most folks where a little uptight about the proliferation of April Fool’s jokes that dominated the Web. I know for a fact one particular local joke had negative consequences… oops.

On the lighter side I found myself in Pretoria on April 1 and discovered this beauty in the parkade at Menlyn…

Isuzu April Fool

Yeah, that’s a double cab Isuzu wrapped in a few layers of clingwrap, from the roof rack to the tow bar. Ouch.

  1. umm, my encounter with Madiba was not an April Fools day joke. It happened. I was there for a scan for baby number 2 at parklane. I also posted after 12.

  3. LOL, thats funny, I drove on the N1 South yesterday between Lynwood and Rigel and drove behind a car that was sticked full of Post-it stickers on the whole cars’ surface(incl. windows), he had to take some off to actually see. Whilst the guy was driving the stickers came off one-by-one like a Hansel and Gretal breadcrumb trail.

  5. @Matt

Dude, I know it wasn’t a joke – hence “April Fool’s stories” vs. “April Fool’s jokes”.
