He could do with fractionally better articulation (i.e. the clarity of individual syllables or words), unless the genre means it doesn't really matter if you can't hear all the words? (That's the speaker coach in me comin' out.) I like what he does. YouTube seems like a great way to get the exposure. Some sussed talent scout/agent might just be trawling through it.
