Apple Podcast Competition Legal Update
If you’ve been following the conversation around the Apple / Coke / Mini / 5fm podcast competition and specifically the concerns of the legally-informed new media community around the small print in the comp, I have good news.
Apple has sprung into action, engaging the community in an attempt to rectify the matter. They have contacted Paul Jacobsen (uber-clever lawyer person and new media evangelist) to help them fix up the terms and conditions – thanks goes to Paul for his expertise and to Apple for listening to the community, and even better, joining the conversation and crowdsourcing the solution!

Oh bother! Apple keep getting it right, fark, I feel a conversion coming soon. Thanks for the upd8 Mike. Looking forward to seeing what the chilibean Jacobson overhaul’s going to look like.
