Ravi Does Us Proud

I got a really cool surprise travelling back on the plane from Cape Town last week. I was sifting through the content on my iPod and suddenly, somewhere between Rage Against The Machine and Red Hot Chili Peppers, appeared the name ‘Ravi Naidoo‘.

Now I’ve spoken about Ravi in this blog before, but had no clue how he wound up as an artist on my iPod.

Turns out Ravi was the guest of the latest BusinessWeek ‘Innovation of the Week’ podcast show – a show titled ‘Creative Renaissance‘ (podcast feed URL here). I subscribe to most of the BusinessWeek podcasts so this particular show was an automatic download.

The interviewer asked Ravi about the phenomenal work he and his team are doing with the Design Indaba – having fast positioned the Indaba as the leading showcase of its type in the world.

Well done Ravi, and thanks for representing us so passionately on the most cutting edge of global stages.
