One day we'll get the delicacy of security and openness into a balance that powers up the paradox machine into full creative throttle.

Us humans have an abiding need to share: be understood by people who really 'get it' and celebrated for whatever our own quirky genius happens to be :: with people who play by the same rules. Bizarrely, for no apparent monetary gain - as the social web has shown, we do it HAPPILY en masse, sometimes anonymously giving our best just for the sheer delight of knowing it's a gift going to a worthy recipient. We very rarely get that opportunity, especially within a corporate organisation where the freedom to allow massive innovation comes at the cost of control.

Experimenting with the alchemy of balancing trust & loyalty with the open sharing of our hearts and minds can often cause outright explosions that take out the whole lab.. or so safe that no reaction happens at all.
Getting that right for business would a masterstroke of genius that would change the way we conceive of work/play know anyone deliciously audacious enough?
